Netmania have been developing products for the education sector since the company was established in 2001, providing hardware and software solutions for schools, colleges and universities.

We have a great deal of experience in the education sector, as the company founders and subsequent engagements have predominantly come from the education sector. So we know what the day-to-day pressures and problems are and we’ve designed solutions to alleviate those pressures and remove those problems.

The Netmania ethos surrounding our products and solutions centres on the student ID card. Everything we develop is designed to add value to the ID card, and transform it from a security card into a ‘Membership Card’.

All of our solutions aim to vastly improve the student experience by providing them with additional services and aiding their ease of access to those services, and removes the need for routine housekeeping tasks from staff members.

Self-service account creation and password reset solution, providing an end-to-end solution with bulk account creation plus automatic archiving and deleting. Integration with any ODBC compliant Student Record System and existing student ID cards.
Recently launched multi-function 'Information Hub', providing all of the functionality of Login.Point plus integration with applications, databases & webpages eg. Online timetables, digital site maps, PC booking systems, library systems, news & announcements etc.
Cashless vending system utilising the existing student ID card, with increased visibility for the parent using Parent Portal and ease of management via the Admin Console.
Extensive experience and knowledge of the education sector plus first hand experience with education IT departments enables us to provide an impartial and independent consultancy for establishments experiencing major change. Currently involved with a number of projects for merging or expanding colleges who therefore have rapidly changing demands on their administrative systems such as their MIS or Financial systems.
